**Saturday runs start from Emerald Necklace Marina in the Rocky River Metropark.
This is located off of Valley Parkway, just south of Detroit Road (click
here for a map - it's designated as location #1). Be advised that you
must be at the park at 8am to participate with the team. Swimmers must
have their own transportation from the park to the pool. Parents are
welcome to join us for the run. Any swimmers not
attending the run will not be permitted to attend practice at 9am unless they
have prior approval from Heather.
